We are handling an opportunity with leading company for the role of Head Operations - B2B

Job Location : Delhi.

- Lead the entire Operations value chain for B2B vertical across geographies, built a high performance process oriented culture.

- Experience of Heading the last-mile function (including City Operations, Training, Fleet and Design & Projects teams.

- Managed the end-to-end fulfilment operations, and vendor relations (3PL partnerships) for the group.

- Setting up the lat mile operation experience would be preferred.

- Customer acquisition and launching the business operations across geographies.

- Leadership appraoch building team and driving the entire business operations.

- Experience of B2B delivieries is critical.

- Someone who has set up a business from scratch.

- Target companies can be ecommerce businesses.

- MBA from reputed B School will be preferred.
