Job Overview Vsynergize is looking for Head - Operations to develop B2B partnerships and drive sales for Vsynergize. The Head - Operations would build and manage his/her own team in the respective and would also need to identify, develop and manage partners who can generate business or act as influences. Reporting to the CEO, this role is an integral part of a dynamic and busy team dealing with multiple stakeholders at any given point. Ultimately, he / she will ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive. Location - Pune (Maharashtra, India) Working Hours US Shift - 6.30PM to 3.30pm Roles &Responsibilities : - In-charge of planning, executing, and delivering demand generation, telecalling, data & research campaigns for the US and the global market. - Leading a team of 200+ executives, Team leads and Managers to drive leads, coaching team members to achieve goals per business metrics. - Own and be accountable for delivering to the clients as per the service level agreements (SLAs) - Develop execution process and delivery models required for the teams to internalize and follow through. - Manage and Build a team of effective outbound calling and research specialists for Campaign deliveries - Build a process culture that includes consistent reporting and analysis of campaigns to customers and to internal teams - Manage and grow the execution team to expand - Responsible for creating and owning revenue targets - Effectively manage customer engagement & relationships and help expand existing customers business - Constantly motivate the teams and be a facilitator for them to put their best foot forward On effective execution, consistently. - Interacting with the BDM and Managing escalations and ensure timely and speedy resolution. - Adhering to the compliance procedures and policies - Collaborate and coordinate with other internal teams that will support the overall Customer deliverable and satisfaction. Candidate shall meet the following criteria: - At least 4 +years of experience focused on demand/lead generation, MQL/SQL/Content syndication campaigns for the US and global market, with at least 2 years as an Operations Manager, driving campaigns independently along with a team. - Must have owned and delivered on SLAs and met revenue targets as Manager - Operations. - Must be performance-driven with a sense of urgency on execution and customer delivery. - Very good English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Willing to work primarily in the US time zones and as per the business requirement.
