What We're Looking For:

- 8 to 15 years of relevant experience.

- MBA from a top-tier school preferred.

- Certification in any of Six Sigma/lean operation/ black belt preferred.

- Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, service delivery, supply chain and customer support centers is preferred.

- Prior experience in managing operations profile in an e-commerce company, other hardware or software and logistic company preferred.

- Highly developed skills for problem solving and strategic thinking.

- Self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.

An ideal candidate will possess following:

1. Leading and managing the team of Managers and Executives to offer the best Customer experience. Draw KPIs for the business & team.

2. Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the company's operations.

3. Draw-up appropriate Strategic initiatives and Objectives to enable the Company to meet its business objectives.

4. Conceptualize and develop the model for Ecommerce fulfillment with cost structures and specific time lines.

5. Introduce the end-to-end solution within the e-commerce vertical from Order acquisition to delivery. Proactively keeping an eye out and experimenting with new features which could provide a seamless customer experience.

6. Develop and direct the management of the customer call center to ensure customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, increased revenue through promotional programs and improved employee product knowledge and training. Implement processes and systems that will generate higher productivity and revenues.

7. Interact regularly with the executive team and individual department heads to ensure that company- s operational priorities are aligned with total company direction.

8. Continually investigate and introduce process improvement measures and presents suggestions to CEO for consideration.

9. Ability to train and motivate large teams working under fact pace and evolving environment.
