Candidate Profile :
Potential Candidate should be a BE Graduate (MBA will be added advantage) with 15+ to 20 yrs of experience in lean manufacturing, industrial automation, plant operations Functions, have worked in an unionized environment for 5+years.
Job Description :
- 15+ years- experience in manufacturing and management in Auto/ Engg. Industry. Rich experience in lean manufacturing, industrial automation, plant operations and decision making.
- Independent plant operations / management ensuring resource utilization at optimum performance levels and to contribute to the growth of the organization.
- Responsible for achieving all aspects of the operational goals & execution of activities/projects within stipulated time.
- Building strong & excellent relationship management, people management and culture of EBS. Build transparency in operations and build culture of trust and mutual respect. Deliver the results in a revenue/margin/profit.
- Familiar with APQP, PPAP & FMEA etc.
- System implementation, promoting team work and process improvements.
- Strong negotiating and contractual skills to be able to lead and motivate
- Strategic awareness and a strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering value to customer.
- Experience in the following areas - Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Project Management, TS 16949, and ISO 14001.
- Exposure to people management in an unionized environment
