Qualification- Preferably (Tier 1 / tier 2 colleges only)
Experience - Preferably candidates from Startup Organization.
ROLE :
- To Manage Operations for PAN India level.
- Monthly reporting of S&OP planning and achievement to the CEO.
- Ensure SL and TAT maintenance for all customer processes - Payments, Deliveries, Customer escalations, Document transfers.
- Provide strategic and tactical inputs and actionable for new initiatives
- Designed the system flow and construct to ensure system material reconciliation at all process points.
- Team Management.
- Plan and Execute retail store network expansion to increase procurement reach.
- Works with the Managing Director and other Heads of Function to influence the creation and communication of company strategy, business priorities and targets for the Regional Teams and ensures there are systems in place to enable the shop managers to receive the information in a timely manner.
- Conceptualize and execute new growth initiatives to drive the Topline to next level
- Enhance customer experience with assortment, pricing, content, buy flow and fulfillment choices
