Designation: Head of Operations

Experience: 10-12 year of prior mutual fund experience in handling Mid & Back office Operations/Banking/Investor Services and related activities.

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

- Operations related to Treasury/Back Office, Banking, Custody Trade and Settlement, Investor Services, R&T, Fund Accounting, Unit Administration, and so on.

- Practical experience in managing other products, including index funds, ETFs, passives, and cutting-edge digital payment methods.

- Overseeing service providers, including custody and FA relationships, RTA, call centers, banking, and SLA monitoring

- Managing internal, statutory, and regulatory audits; coordinating AMC branches to implement daily controls, guarantee a low number of complaints, and expedite their resolution

- Regularly review the current policies and procedures, making sure they are updated in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.

- Team management
