We are looking to hire a Head of Operations for the Analytics practice - a full-time position based out of clients office in Bangalore. The vision is to grow the centre and provide more scale and continuous business growth for the analytics practice globally. In this role you will be a key part of the Analytics practice leadership team responsible for creating and delivering on the roadmap for future growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :- - As the leader of the location hub you will be responsible for all the solutions being delivered. - Have delivery oversight over the 3 broad streams of work Customer Analytics, Data Strategy & Engineering and Marketing ROI - Be the leader and face of a large (700 people +) delivery organization with employees of various skillsets and experience levels - P&L ownership , prepare budgets and manage them, work with the leadership to achieve profitability goals. Essential Skills :- - Should have managed 200-300-member team for 2-3 years - Experience of managing large delivery organizations in, Consulting and/or analytics services - Revenue and P/L management experience is required. - Experience in handling delivery of Analytics projects is a bonus but not necessary.
