Head - Operations - Affordable Housing/Mortgage Business/Housing Finance can only apply.

At lest 6+ years Out of that minimum 6 - 8 years in Affordable Housing/ Mortgage business and 2 years at National / Regional or Zonal head position in retail assets in Banks / HFCs / NBFCs

Job Summary : Responsible for participating in formulation of the process improvement and defining structured workflows in line with the business objective set by the senior management and executing short term and long term central and branch operations KRA's at a national level.

- This position is a part of the Senior Management Team, expected to take over all view and contribute towards setting the direction of the Company.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for the loan document with respect to central & Branch operation activities

- Setting up and monitoring back-end procedures up to disbursement of loan

- Crafting and monitoring new process and implementing software for maximum automation

- Responsible for MIS and compliance with NHB (National Housing Board)

- Responsible for smooth and delightful customer experience.

Minimum Requirements :

- Graduate, Post Graduate Preferred,

- Area of Operation: Affordable Housing Finance

- Excellent Leadership Skills & Communication Skill

- Team Management and Cross Functional Skills

- Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and Self Motivated

- In-depth knowledge of Housing Finance, Financial KPIs & regulatory aspect of Finance department and Regulatory aspect of National Housing Board

- Relationship management with various impaneled vendors & banks

- Strong understanding of technology platform
