Head - Operations (4-13 yrs)
- Ensuring efficient Dark Store and Last mile Operations while achieving agreed budgetary and service levels and providing an effective and reliable service to customers
- Responsible for organizing the safe and efficient receipt, storage and pick and pack and dispatch of products to the customer
- Cross function liaisoning: Sourcing, Finance, Replenishment, Vendors, Administration, and General management issues including the management of staff
- Proactively identifying issues and problems before they arise
What you will do:
- Handle a team of Cluster Managers & Store Managers to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics - on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaints
- Identify and fix leakages in the system - wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimize cost
- Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls
- Keep the team motivated and accountable at all times
