- Namrata Management Services Pvt Ltd is a company engaged in providing Facilities Management Services to iLabs Affiliate Companies and Facilities.

- Namrata Management Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a Senior resource as Head - Operations. The candidate should have independently headed a 3 star hotel/ Resort of a chain for at least 3- 5 yrs. CTC will commensurate experience and market conditions.

- Responsibilities include formulating overall strategy, managing people and establishing policies. To be successful in this role, you should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker, helping our people develop and be productive, while ensuring company's profits are on the rise.

Responsibilities :

1. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team

2. Design policies that align with overall strategy

3. Implement efficient processes and standards

4. Coordinate service operations and find ways to ensure retention

5. Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection). Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization

6. Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders

7. Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts

8. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits

9. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement

10. Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

Requirements :

11. Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role

12. Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT

13. Experience with implementing IT systems

14. Knowledge of data analytics and reporting

15. Good with numbers and financial planning

16. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

17. Excellent organizational and leadership ability, Analytical mind, Problem-solving aptitude
