- Our client is one of the leading NBFC MFI business in India with strong foothold in the business and are looking to hire Head Risk to handle the entire Operational risk and ALM of the organization.

Job Description :

Reporting to the Management team this role requires hands on experience in the following fields :

- Strong experience in Operational Risk Management and Policy framework for Operational Risk, Analysis of Key Risk Indicator, RCSA, Loss Data Analysis, Capital Charge Computation of Operational Risk, Fraud Risk Analysis

- Credit Risk Management Policy formulation along with strong experience in Credit Risk Assessment, Credit Risk Model development, Credit Risk Model validation along with implementation of Internal Rating Based Approach (IRB) for Capital Computation along with credit risk model validation

- Policy Formulation for Risk Management and Enterprise wide Risk Management

Portfolio Analysis of Loans :

- Asset Liability Management along with Liquidity risk management and Interest rate management of the bank

Profile :

- Looking for canddiates with 10+years work experience in the Operational Risk/ Asset Liability Management/ Credit Risk management for any NBFC/ BANK/ Micro finance Insititute

- Certification in Treasury Management and Risk Management from Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) is desirable

- Hands on experience in Operational risk is a must for the role

- Candidates with exposer in the risk department of any Financial Services Insititute only apply for the role
