Head - Operational Risk - Capital Markets

1) Identifying, measuring and monitoring risk within the Banks's operations

2) Heavy involvement with risk and compliance

3) Providing analysis and reporting on items including program compliance

4) Partnering with the legal department to maintain the bank-wide compliance in activities

5) Performing impact analysis that protect resources properly and mitigate the risk of asset loss

6) Developing and updating documentation of identified information security risks and controls

7) Acts as operational risk liaison, continuously tracking, monitoring, and furthering knowledge of best practice, and where applicable modifying existing practices accordingly in close cooperation with the clients

8) Facilitates development of risk mitigation strategies critical risks and for monitoring these risks.

9) Ensures effective alignment between operational Risk, information security and business continuity, internal audit and Compliance Functions
