Responsibilities: 

- Develop, implement and govern KPIs reporting for the portfolio of programs, providing visibility to the milestones and performance across all projects.

 - Drive critical business improvement initiatives.

- Manages multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization/time management and problem solving skills.

- Apply analytical expertise on operations to conceptualize projects, build stakeholder alignment, and drive projects to achieve strategic goals / rationalize cost & quality performance

- Develop and maintain operational excellence project plans, identify resource needs, and manage project schedule; collaborate effectively across teams to agree timelines and deliverables.

Candidate Profile:

Engineer/MBA with 8 - 10 years of experience in consulting, CI or Ops excellence roles. Sector experience will be an added advantage.

- Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct reporting lines.

- Proven experience and knowledge of process improvement tools, methods, and techniques.

- Proven experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives

- Substantial experience in program/project management or an equivalent operational role.

- Ability to interpret, analyse, and understand complex data sets.
