Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence from Design to Delivery by creating and deploying a Comprehensive Excellence/Continuous Improvement, Transformation, Innovation & Digitization framework which Includes building excellence strategy for effective Migrations, enhanced delivery & Sourcing benefits, Organization DNA, Governance, Knowledge Management, Innovation & Digitization for the Business Hub.
Enabling Project Management processes by continuously supporting management of project or program work throughout the organization
Skills Required:
- Extensive experience field of Operations excellence using Change management and engineering strategies like Kaizen Continuous Improvement, BPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Capacity modeling and planning, Projects and Program management
- Strong experience in project management planning & portfolio tooling (MS Project, Clarity).
- Deep understanding of Shared Service Business Operating Model and business risk analysis.
- Candidate should be a certified Lean Champion with Master Black Belt/Black Belt.
