Head - Operation - Pet Preform/Manufacturing Firm (15-30 yrs)

One of our leading clients in Beverage, Dairy & Pet Preform manufacturing is looking for a good Sr. leader having an experience in the pet preform manufacturing process, who have complete technical knowledge of single & double stage process, and who fulfill all the technical need/ query related to the pet preform manufacturing process, Having knowledge of Injection molding, PET perform, PET material & capability to support multiple units/plants...

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Technical coordination with the plant, suppliers, and machinery manufactures

2. To Design and development of new performs as per the requirement of products, packaging, and machines

3. To Design and co-ordination with mold manufacturers

4. To Co-ordinate with suppliers on new developments in raw material, machinery, and testing equipment

5. Innovation of new ideas for improving the plant output and quality improvements

6. To Review and give suggestions on plant operating parameters for performs and new developments

7. To Co-ordinate with all franchise and group companies for the requirement, design, and installation of Blowing systems

8. New developments in bottles and processes on the product to product basis

9. To Co-ordinate with internal perform manufacturing plants for production planning and material procurement
