The candidate should have following expertise:-

Role Responsibilities:

Strategy :

- Defines operational processing and support models and infrastructure requirements.

- Spearhead, drive and deliver on the CDD Operations in design, documentation, implementation and BAU functioning of CDD operations on end to end basis to comply with Group, Local and other regulatory or statutory requirements

- Identifies and shares best practices with CEO and COO with a view to implementing standardized, simplified and automated processes and providing a competitive service

- Engages in high level and detailed discussions with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and clients needs (including outsourcing plans) in order to develop fit for growth strategies with P&L affordability and build stronger relationships

- Identifies and implements plans that are aligned to the SC Capital strategy and maintain cost within budget.

- Deliver Operations business efficiency target

- Drive adoption of digital banking initiatives of SC Capital

- Seamless execution and implementation of new Projects / Systems in SC Capital

- State of the art service supplier

Operations Management & Governance :

- Manage end to End disbursement in LAS, Lap, PL, BIL and other CCIB products.

- Innovate and work towards the digital lending and build operations around it.

- Customer Relationship Management; Handling customer complaints, TDS reconciliation etc

- Regulatory reporting; NCD and other fund-raising activities MIS others etc.

- Supporting ALM team with data on CP, NCD, refinance etc.

- Day to day disbursements, risk management etc.

- Drive the implementation of new / change in CDD processes end to end from design, documentation to execution.

- Identify and engage external vendors/consultants to enable the CDD design or delivery of new and re-designed processes

- Participate in CDD related - functional / technical discussions and contribute to digital process design and implementation

- Ensure facilitation and smooth rollout of CDD related system integration related initiatives

- Establish minimum standards for service levels and evaluate impact to operations

- Participates in SC Capital Group meetings to help structure agenda and review/attain/improve/ benchmark service standards & compare pan-industry

- Reviews service level agreement metrics on turnaround and accuracy

- Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfil the needs of internal and external clients

- Uses metrics to drive decisions around service delivery improvements

- Maintains and improve service levels & customer Expectations

- Improve efficiency, productivity , service quality. Identify and implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce errors

Processes :

- Carry out Process Improvement Projects to improve Ease of doing Business and Enhance customer experience

- Ensure all clients request and queries are resolved within specified TAT.

- Liaison with IT and business team and ensure that system application and IT infra support is there

- Help Launch and build process for new product.

- Ensures adequate documentation and training on all new systems, processes, policies, procedures and controls

- Understands & practices methods to sustain change.

- Builds an agile organizational structure, enabling timely adaption to changing market conditions

Risk management :

- Ensures a no surprises culture - no failed audits, No repeat findings, NIL High Risk ratings

- Establishes key control standard parameters

- Firstline custodian of Operational risk Framework

- Understands market practices, awareness of local regulations, group and business policies, business
standard procedures and best practices

- Establishes a performance culture around Risk Management using root cause analysis and corrective action planning as key elements of operational risk management

- Proactively identifies, assesses, and mitigates risk issues

- Keeps a centralized information management portfolio on fraud incidents and risk training materials for the countries.

- Timely substantiation of all accounts and reporting to finance ;

- Timely escalation of all incidents to appropriate authorities as per reporting framework

Service delivery :

- Establishes minimum standards for service levels and evaluate impact to operations

- Participates in key Management meetings to help structure agenda and review/attain/improve/ benchmark service standards & compare pan-industry

- Reviews service level agreement metrics on turnaround and accuracy

- Effective stakeholder engagement to understand and fulfill the needs of internal and external clients

- Uses metrics to drive decisions around service delivery improvements

- Assist in unlocking services issues from central delivery teams, maintains and improve service levels & customer expectations

People and Talent :

- To build and manage a team of Operations manager based across geographies

- Recruit, train and lead the Ops team(including credit initiation)

- Responsible for content Development for training the employees on the product knowledge

- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback

- Identify training needs of each person to reach their peak potential. Employ different training and mentoring methods for different team members
