Head - Operation - Automotive OEM

Education : BE/BTech graduates, preferably with MBA qualifications.

Experience : Overall experience more than 30 years of which minimum 15yrs of relevant experience in above/similar roles.

- Should have worked preferably in Automotive OEM company followed by stints in Tier-1 Auto Ancillary in Sheet Metal industry

- Generation of new business from existing customer to achieving company targets & objectives.

- Responsible for overall direction, control & management of all activities within the manufacturing & operation of multiple units.

- Formulating & Implementing Business plan through Balanced Scorecard.

- Developing manufacturing & operational strategic plans & overseeing their implementation to ensure maximum capacity utilization of the manufacturing units towards achieving the group strategy, growth & profit objectives as per long term strategy.

- Responsible for ensuring the adherence to policies of manufacturing & quality.

- Excellence in handling the operations with bottom-line responsibility for a business while holding a competitive position in the business space.

- Providing strong leadership & ensuring high morale, team work & good employee relation at all levels including shop floor.

- Exhibiting entrepreneurship level of management, opportunity, conceptualization & implementation.

- Building dynamic teams across operational areas spanning Manufacturing, Systems Implementation, Quality and Product Development

- Deft in developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations for revenue.

- Ramping up business assignments, while working in coordination with clients and ensuring effective service deliverables.

- Managing the multi-product, Multi-locations business and team members within different regions of India.
