Head - Online Sales - Insurance

Job Description :

- Will lead and responsible for achieving Annual Business Plan of Online Sales across Retail, Corporate and POSP by developing an effective marketing and product strategy.

- Will provide inputs for technology, new products, marketing trends and competitive insight into the business.

- Will develop and executive online launch strategy.

- Responsible for driving sales and margins.

- Provide inputs on product and service offering and coordinate with cross functional teams.

- Drive alliances to outsource/synergize products and services.

- Manage market-place alliances and vendor management, customer Service & User Experience.

- Devise user experience strategies on the website.

- Lead the CRM initiatives.

- Lead Database management efforts

- Must have experience in insurance / reinsurance domain.

- Should be self motivated and come with excellent.

- Should posses Post graduate degree from reputed institute.

- Atleast 10 years of experience in Online Sales in the Insurance or Broking Industry.
