We are looking for Online Business Head for one of the Healthcare Product Startup in Gurgaon. The business head would manage a team of 50+ people, and would be reporting directly to the CEO. Desired: - Seeking a result oriented leader to head the online business of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead 50+ online team consisting of category managers, digital marketers, and designers to manage end-to-end P&amp;L of online business (Dot com and other online affiliates, such as Amazon, Flipkart etc.), with responsibility to deliver topline and bottom line targets and optimization of core cost drivers - Manage pricing, merchandising and marketing strategy / spends of in-house brands on dot com and online partners - Manage digital marketing execution for in-house brand campaigns - Device and execute digital marketing strategy for company's offline stores - Brand ownership of Our Omni-channel platform - define the value proposition as an omnichannel retailer, and define marketing communication and programs to strengthen the value proposition - Actively collaborate with in-house brands team, to merchandise and market in-house brands on site JOB REQUIREMENTS Skills /Experience - MBA from top tier college (IIMs preferred) - 5+ years of experience with 2-3 years of management consulting experience, and 2-3 years of operating experience in new economy companies, such as eCommerce, shared transportation, foodtech etc. - Strong analytical and business skills - Strong leadership and people management skills - Familiarity with digital marketing tools - Go-getter attitude and result oriented approach Compensation: Commensurate with the skills and experience
