Head - Offline Trade - General Trade & Modern Trade - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
- Use existing relationships/hustle to achieve breakthroughs in key accounts (both nationally and regionally) relevant to the brand
- Exploring business potential, opportunities & clientele to secure profitable business volumes and designing & implementing marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, engagement & recall.
- Building & Managing the team, zone wise to manage key accounts.
- Develop and monitor sales objectives on monthly/quarterly and annual basis for the team
- Maintain relationships and establish a strong rapport with all the key accounts for ensuring overall pipeline & revenue growth.
- Develop sales and marketing plans for Modern Trade and drive team for achievement and growth.
- Ensure proper usage of the brand and promotional elements and measure effectiveness of consumer activations with the help of Marketing team for execution of the activations/ launch.
- Maintain the organizations standards and guidelines with respect to Quality, distribution, visibility, promotion, price, and persuasion at the account
