Head - Offline Marketing - eCommerce (9-15 yrs)
The profile will be responsible for conceptualising, activating, executing and implementing BTL campaigns across multiple brands and numerous BTL channels (Households, Assets, Corporates and Lead based brand alliances).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop overall strategy and implementation plans for the initiatives across the geographies.
- Overall end-to-end ownership for developing and implementing strategy to achieve customer base and targets for the business
- Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques
- Liaison with other teams to ensure brand consistency in customer communications
- Ensure that regular reviews happen as per defined frequency course correction measures are finalized and effectively implemented
Candidate Profile :
- 10-15 years of marketing leadership experience predominantly in a offline marketing
- Successful track record in driving growth
- Team leadership
