Job Description:

- Managing the design team with the design process and presentations

- Development of product and design for prospective buyer/s

- Assessing the requirement of the existing set of clients for sustained growth in business

- Assessment of the team members for professional competencies and provide training to ensure better productivity and meeting goals

- Analyze & review the design parameters and suggest the alternatives

- Manage the design history and success ratio with timelines for each design

- Support fabric department in Identifying right fabric

Candidate Profile:

- Candidate should be BE/B Tech /Diploma/PG in Textiles/Fashion Designing/Design Management

- Should have Minimum of 08 to 14 years experience in a similar capacity.

- Well versed in Abode Photoshop/Corel Draw/Knits fabric & design knowledge

- Men- s/Kid's & Women's Wear design exposure

- Should be very good and effective in decision making & creative

- Should be computer savvy and good in verbal and written communication
