Head - OEM/B2B Sales - Auto Ancillary (20-30 yrs)
- The aim of the Role was to provide key account management for identified strategic, international or national OEMs in India.
- Deliver Annual Key Account plan for OEMs by achieving targets on various parameters like profitability, volume growth, share maintenance.
- Enhance reputation and competitive position of the organization by extending offer with distinctive elements.
- Working with OEM's for establishing value story for Technologically advanced product
- Provide forecasting and update account/opportunity
- Represent Bosch Limited for regional branch of top OEMs
- Responsible for achieving Business targets with OEMs by working closely with Product Business Units.
- Overall Key Account Management responsibility for New Business, Account receivables,
- Quality and Delivery topics for defined Customer Accounts.
- Advice / Coach Key Account Managers of Product Business units regarding Customer
- Specific requirements and for evolving Strategies & Acquisition plans for win-win Business opportunities.
- Negotiate, manage and control cross divisional contracts & topics (such as Terms & Conditions, RMI etc.,)
- Analyse Customer trends, identify new business ideas as input for Product Business Units and internally evolve Strategy / Action plan along with Product Business Unit for acquiring new projects.
- Manage AMP (Automotive Market Prognosis) planning
- Consolidate report and manage regional OEM data and related activities of Global OEMs to Global Customer Account teams for effective business alignment.
- Looking for 20+ years of experience of handling OEM and at leadership role
