Head - NRI Marketing - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
- Deep understanding of micro-markets, competitor offerings and customer usage and expectations in international markets and segments of interest to the brand and the organization
- Develop brand and marketing plans and execute them to deliver on agreed performance metrics and KPIs across customer journey and media ecosystems
- Plan and execute the entire customer journey starting from the pre-marketing stage, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share with NRI customer base
- Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across project ecosystems and various touchpoints like print advertising, events, social media, web pages and other electronic and offline promotion channels and materials
- Drive cross functional teams and ensure achievement of volume, velocity and profitability objectives by working very closely with the sales team members
- Key matrix of this role will include:
1. Revenue, volumes, market and segment performance
2. Brand A&M spends including media, research, events and activations
3. Channel partner and trade marketing strategy and interventions Internationally
4. Extensive engagement with external agencies and partners - production, creative, events etc in different markets including USA, Europe, GCC, Southeast Asia and Australia
- Relevant experience of about 12-14 years
- Qualification - Postgraduate in Marketing
