Product Head - FinTech Startup

Job Profile:

- Leveraging the company's competencies and evaluating the possibility of expanding the business to fin-tech domain involving payment processing.

- Develop and own the comprehensive road map for digital innovation and new products.

- Work out the detailed business plan for the selected lines of business.

- Work with the technology team and vendor eco-system to define the product and technical specifications for all the new initiatives.

- Will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the each initiative which would include the product, associated processes that would drive these businesses & customer experience.

- Will be responsible for driving the top-line and customer adoption for these products

- Will work out product improvements and monetization of these product platforms

- Will act as the knowledge centre for all digital innovations and product ideas in the organization

Desired Profile:

- BE / B.Tech & MBA with 7+ years of total experience with hands-on experience of product development and product monetization.

- A strong product background with Fin-tech experience / Payment processing companies.
