Job Description : -
The candidate will be leading the NPD and Innovation for leading group.
- He/She will head, New product development, Innovation and will closely work with Top management and promoters to build new Product portfolio and help them to launch new product.
- He/She will handle commercialization of the new product as well.
- Strategic Initiative & competitive strategy
- Market Mapping, white spot analysis & innovation launch
- Customer segmentation, directional policy, resource allocation
- Go to Market Strategy - Business development & exploring new business avenues
- Collaborate with R&D & marketing teams with timely & adequate feedback to drive profitable growth
