Role : Head Networking - Data Center, Banking

Job Requirement :

- Banking environment is mandatory

- Excellent hand on Networking, Data Center and Management

Essential Knowledge & Experience :

- Overall 10 years of IT experience, of which 6-8 years of professional IT Global Service delivery/ management experience

- Computer science, engineering or technical related degree

- ITIL V3 experience(certification desirable)

- Excellent communication around issues, managing escalations, opportunities and documentation skills with attention to detail

- CCNA / CCNP Certification desirable

- Network Admin & Operations: LAN, WAN, IPT strong background

- Solid experience in client facing and managing outsourced partners

- Relevant Engineering Degree with Minimum eight (8) years of working experience;

- Demonstrated hands-on experience in network operations, deployment, and network projects;

- Project/ resource management skills with two (2) to three (3) years experience in handling similar operations with skill sets on ITIL framework;

- Service management expertise and ability to manage, drive service levels;

- Ability to lead/ motivate the support team;

- Technical ability to understand the issues related to day to day operations;

- Excellent communications, interpersonal and analytical skills;

- Ability to see things from a business perspective;

- Manage large scale infrastructure build outs remotely

- Project management and resource alignment with a global team

- Excellent vendor coordination skills

Qualification : Any relevant graduation with Cisco certification

Desired Experience :

- In-depth understanding of network technologies especially for areas of Routing, Switching, Firewall, different types of communication links (like MPLS, Frame Relay, Point to point links, ISDN etc).

Salary offered: 18 - 25 LPA
