Head - Network Technology - Telecom

We are hiring for one of the leading Telecom company.

Job Purpose Summary :

Lead & Execute the Research & Development for Planning/Designing and Operating the technology ecosystem for delivering wireline Internet & TV services by Stitching Multi vendor platform in coordination working with multiple technical functions with a focus on steady and stable Broadband & Video Services .

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

1. Experience in Planning / Managing /preparing the roadmap using various Access Devices ( OLT/ONU/Switches) for multiple last-mile broadband deployments ( ME/FTTH/FTTP)

2. Exposure in handling the installation, commissioning and maintenance of a wide range of broadband network equipment ( Switches/OLT/ONU/WIFI Routers) from various TIER 1 & TIER 2 Vendors.

3. Expertise in building best fit technologies at Wire Line Access networks for delivering Internet & Video services.

4. Support the Chronic issues related to technology which mostly includes mass outages /Partner Network Fallouts / Specific device or hardware/Software -Firmware /bug fixing.

5. Research & Development of new product line for access networks ( FTTH/CATV/IPTV/ME) by driving the Excitel standards with multi-vendor integrations.
