Looking for a team player, positive in nature and who is looking for an opportunity to get involved in multicast networking, Windows network stack optimization and automation.

You will be responsible for:

- Supporting and optimizing our multicast network and corresponding physical windows server network stack

- Take lead in troubleshooting issues and identifying root causes of incidents related to infrastructure

- Work collaboratively with developer community to help them optimize their services to get maximum throughput from multicast network stack and ensure stability of the services

- Provide on-call support to IT Business Support team if needed

- Coach and train other team members

Mandatory Skills

- Expert on network assisted multicast group communication

- Deep knowledge of network communication protocols especially UDP and TCP

- Expect skills using network protocol analyzers like WireShark and using traces to pinpoint issues.

- Expert understanding of networking especially network cards, drivers and OS interactions

- Experience using Corvil to understand IT systems in real-time and improve transparency, performance, and monitoring of applications, infrastructure, services, and users.

- Expert understanding of the Windows OS, especially when it comes to the network stack.

- Strong infrastructure design skills with an eye for availability, performance and cost.

- Strong communication skills

- Strong scripting skills (e.g. PowerShell)

- Deep understanding of security concepts
