National Sales & BD Head

Compensation : Base pay and attractive stocks
- Collaborate with CEO to define overall sales strategy, and to provide inputs for products and solutions responsive to the customer's business. Develop channels.
- Develop and implement annual sales plans.
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan including emerging international markets, working with all departments to execute the plan
- Work with marketing and corporate communication team to develop compelling advertising solutions based on the company's business strengths.
- Select, develop, coach, build and manage global professional sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth.
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts.
- Pursue identified business prospects, participating actively in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
- Double the revenue within two years by expanding in India and International markets
- Perform all other duties as needed or required to maintain and grow profitable business within the assigned account base.
- Regularly monitor the performance of individual sales team members
- Engineer/MBA (IIMs/XLRI/SIBM/FMS - fulltime 2 year course or ISB) with minimum 8 years experience; sharp business sense, ability to work with CEO as effective #2 to grow a market and expand it. Hands on but strategic ; visionary. Must have IT (software product or solutions sales exp )
