Designation : Head -FMCG / Head - Modern Trade

Location : Thane

Reporting to : Director

CTC Offered : 10-15 Lacs per annum

Role & Responsibilities:

- To set and deliver an ambitious procurement strategy capable of delivering sustainable long-term growth whilst leading and inspiring a team. Building robust Modern Trade team who will collaborate with the ecommerce and marketing teams.The role will be integral to delivering timely products to Modern Trade, Ecommerce, C&F and Super Stockist. A key part of the role will be to partner with reputed brands and to ensure the business delivers a coherent and consistent message to both new and existing customers.

- Team Management

- Top line & Bottom line (Sales & Margin)

- Category Review & vendor Review

- Co-ordination with Top management & other dept.

- Inventory management.

- New Brand alliance

- Maintaining relationships with existing brands, Vendor Review

- Inventory management - review the MBQ

- Company brand launch & planning

- Closed the Block deals with the top brands.

- Budget planning - Sales forecast

- Brand Terms of Trade (TOT) negotiation & closer

- MIS

- New Category alliance

- Team Training & performance review

Educational Qualification: Graduate /Post Graduate in any Field. Preferable Masters from any reputed Institute.

Years of Experience: 6+Years

Key Competencies: To collaborate with Cross Functional Team and will be responsible to be part of top management strategic decision

- Experience working in a fast-paced retail & FMCG pure play environment

- Proven business development expertise in driving growth and innovation of a category or business

- A customer-focused and strategic outlook

- PC Literate with high skills in Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
