NKAM MT Operations Mumbai /Bangalore Reporting To MT Head Job Description : Demand Planning Forecasting &amp; delivery for all regions, ensuring value &amp; volume growth across all MT accounts &amp; regions, ensuring high fill rate across accounts, delivering in store visibility execution. Key Responsibilities : - Drive the achievement of Volume and Value targets across regions - Drive visibility execution across regions (in collaboration with shopper marketing team) - Ensure high fill rates in line with the industry standards across all accounts - Develop coverage plan &amp; ensure manning (merchandiser &amp; promoter allocation) across regions / stores - Drive all brand specific initiatives across regions &amp; zones - Analyze sales trends across various accounts &amp; regions/states by stockiest, brand, SKU, etc. to ensure continued growth and take corrective actions wherever required (in collaboration with Brand &amp; Category teams) - Set goals &amp; KPIs for the sales team and ensuring the team monitors the KPIs to effectively deliver sales revenue and market share goals - Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver on business goals - Ensuring the team is up to speed with any changes in Supplies, Brands or any Company level changes - Ensure coordination with Supply Chain &amp; Logistics Team - Ensure Execution In store in best in class (in line with FMCG best practices &amp; benchmarks - Continuously thrive to find cost effective yet efficient WOWs (Ways of Working) with customer/ ASMs &amp; Teams - Proven and deep knowledge of sales and distribution system - Knowledge of brand management and brand P&amp;L accounting - Proven experience of working in Modern Trade Channel - Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system - Comfortable with handling ambiguity Desired Experience Level &amp; Qualifications: - MBA with 8-10 years of relevant work experience in reputed FMCG organizations - Experience in managing teams
