Modern Trade Head- Food/FMCG

- Builds Relationship with the concerned personnel of retail chains for business development and negotiate business deals.

- Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy.

- Responsible for NPD listing in national accounts.

- Managing Modern Trade Key accounts business for National Retail Chains.

- Understands the overall Strategy for Sales & Distribution and develops the plans for Modern Trade function aligned to the overall business vision of Consumer Care Division and Health Care Division.

- Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy

- Key responsibility as the Head of Modern trade is to drive profitability and deliver on the Revenue and Share parameters.

- Team Management Team management across the country. Driving business through his team such as.

- Managing relationships at stores, distribution centers, zonal offices of all the Modern Trade chains

- Channels Modern Trade & Top Grossers.

- Support Regional KAMs managing MT operations with promotion and trade marketing activities.

- Mapping the requirement of MT providing best products and services and achieving profitability growth.

- Category management and Promotion planning.

- Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company's objective and vision.

- Excellence in Modern Trade/ Key Accounts Maximize the consumer touch point in the Key Accounts

- Contributes towards accurate demand forecasting for all Modern Trade requirements.

- Executes the distribution strategy to ensure the optimal supply of goods based on bulk orders by coordinating with concerned Key Account Managers.

- Conducts research and reports on future changes in the Modern Trade function across.

Education & Qualifications :

- Postgraduate in MBA/PGDM from a B School,10-15 years of work experience Food/FMCG Sales & Distribution and Modern Trade responsibility
