Job Description :

- Modern Trade Head manages all aspects of sales activities for a sales force covering Pan India Modern Trade

- Develop and ensure implementation of Sales strategies to deliver annual volume objectives of Pan India within budgeted costs

- Achieve primary and secondary sales ensuring effective distribution of Company's products

- Propose sales promotion plan/schemes

- Provide input in the generation of the SKU's intake/sales forecast

- Working as part of a Key Account team to ensure results are reached according to account plans
