Head - Modern Trade Our client is a Leader in the FMCG space and is hiring for a Head - Modern Trade position. Location : Delhi/NCR Reporting Structure : The position reports to the Managing Director and has the Regional MT Heads reporting into it Roles & Responsibilities : - Responsible for PAN India Accounts - Prepare the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy - Align and execute trade marketing and trade promotions interventions with the modern trade sales strategy and overall business strategy. - Responsible for achieving planned sales by channel and customer - Identify Key Accounts and relationship that can be built up with them for Company Products. - Driving operational efficiency for modern trade channel. - Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company's objective and vision Experience : - Around 15 years of Key Account Management experience in Modern Trade with existing relationships in FMCG / Personal Care categories. - The individual must have relevant National / multi-regional experience of working in the MT channel
