Job Profile
- The incumbent will be responsible to grow the modern retail business in India
- Will be responsible for this growth supported by expanded distribution, opening new accounts, mining & managing existing accounts.
- Will be responsible for planning portfolio growth initiatives with accounts, assortment planning, launch planning and execution, development and execution of Joint Business Plans.
- Ensure the development and compliance of the different accounts and channel's responsibility, leading national trade agreements.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers in achieving company's objective and vision
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years- experience in the personal care segment.
- Should have experience in handling national and Regional key accounts with strong category relationships.
- Strong leadership skills which includes people management skills to drive a large sales system
- Competencies: Highly Motivated, Enthusiastic and showcases passion for growth
