Head - Modern Trade - FMCG (10-15 yrs)
Urgently looking for Head Modern Trade for a reputed FMCG company based at Pune with good qualification.
Candidate with good experience with strong knowledge in Modern Trade from FMCG /Food Processing background only can apply for the role.
Job Description:-
1. Joint Business planning with the category heads in modern trade
2. Responsible for Terms of Trade with all the modern retail format channels
3. TOP to TOP meetings to drive growth and build relationships
4. Induct and build the team for MT
5. Drive hygiene, placement, visibility & drive consumer promotion time to time
6. Guide team in terms of activating each stores and relationship building with the chains.
7. Agree on a marketing calendar with each Retail Chain Stores.
8. Drive recruitment for new consumers.
9. Drive profitable selling.
10. Liaising with marketing team to drive consumer activation and drive a calendar.
11. The Candidate should have an experience in handling at least 2 National Key accounts.
Educational Qualification:
The candidate should be an MBA with experience of 10-15 yrs in renowned FMCG Company.
