Head - MIS & Client Reporting - Asset Management Firm

A. MIS :

a. Conceptualize and create various internal MIS for all asset management products / businesses

b. Optimize the MIS generation process by leading process improvement and system development initiatives

c. Anticipate the need for different MIS due to existing business scale-up and business expansion across different products

d. Control the entire MIS generation process and ensure timeliness and accuracy for all the MIS

e. Analyse all the data available and provide insights into performance of products, as needed

B. Client reporting:

a. Lead the team generating all the client reports for all product offerings of the firm across PMS, AIF, etc

b. Continuous improvement in the client reports based on feedback from clients and other stakeholders

c. Bring to the table, different point of views around how the client reports should be designed so that the report becomes more intuitive and informative for the clients

d. Automate client reports through a mix of process improvements and use of internal/external software

Candidate Requirement:

1. Candidate should have an entrepreneurial, driven and high achieving professional who has a strong gravitas around numbers to lead the MIS and Client reporting vertical at the firm.

2. The person shall directly report to the Group CFO / COO.

3. The candidate would have ideally worked in a similar work profile for 12-15 years, preferably in an asset management firm, and is now looking to graduate into a senior leadership role.

4. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional who likes to go deeper into numbers and has exceptional grasp on excel.

5. S/he will have the ability to think deeply and find answers that will sustain the rapid growth of the company and work in the long run.

6. The candidate can be a CA or MBA graduate
