A results-driven MIS leader with over a decade of experience in the BFSI sector, specializing in MIS Sales reporting, regulatory reporting, and process automation. Ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

1. MIS Sales Reporting: Oversee end-to-end MIS reporting processes, ensuring accurate, automated, and insightful dashboards for business decision-making.

2. Regulatory & Compliance Reporting: Manage regulatory data reporting, ensuring adherence to compliance standards while identifying and implementing system controls.

3. Data Quality & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance data integrity, diagnose issues, and drive process excellence through automation and analytics.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key business units, including underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance, to align reporting strategies with organizational goals.

5. Guide and mentor a team of MIS Reporters, fostering a data-driven culture and driving efficiency through structured reporting frameworks.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience in MIS & Analytics: 8+ years of experience in MIS Sales Reporting.

2. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access.

3. Regulatory & Risk Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory reporting standards and compliance requirements within the insurance domain.

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

5. Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
