- We are looking for a results-driven MIS leader with 10 + years of experience in the BFSI sector, specializing in MIS Sales reporting, regulatory reporting, and process automation.

- Ensuring compliance and enhancing operational efficiency through advanced analytics and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Responsibilities :

- MIS Sales Reporting: Oversee end-to-end MIS reporting processes, ensuring accurate, automated, and insightful dashboards for business decision-making.

- Regulatory & Compliance Reporting: Manage regulatory data reporting, ensuring adherence to compliance standards while identifying and implementing system controls.

- Data Quality & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance data integrity, diagnose issues, and drive process excellence through automation and analytics.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key business units, including underwriting, claims, finance, and compliance, to align reporting strategies with organizational goals.

- Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor a team of analysts, fostering a data-driven culture and driving efficiency through structured reporting frameworks.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in MIS & Analytics: 8+ years of experience in MIS Sales Reporting.

- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access.

- Regulatory & Risk Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory reporting standards and compliance requirements within the insurance domain.

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, manage cross-functional projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
