Head - MIS & Analytics - Insurance Broking Captive Unit (15-25 yrs)

Position: Head - MIS and Analytics

Reports to Director

Location : Mumbai

We have an opening for one of the world's leading captive unit global insurance broking and employee benefits headquartered in the UK.

Principle Accountabilities :

- Implement standardised reporting models across the organisation

- Develop and share insights through trend analysis

- Deliver the MI projects from conceptualisation to insights for the operating companies across the group

- Use business acumen to be able to analyse, drive insights and create meaningful reports using large datasets

- Develop an understanding of business operations across companies.

- Run and maintain the operational MIS reviews

- Deliver insights and suggestions for continuous improvement on the basis of MI reviews

- Conceptalize the organisation operational metrics and KPI's aligned with operations objectives

- Develop dashboards to execute the organizational MIS

- Build the infrastructure tools and organization structure to deliver the Organisational MIS

Person Specifications :

Education :Essential: B. Tech/ BE

Technical Skills & Abilities :Essential: Understanding of Data Warehousing Tools, expert in Tableau and MS Excel, MS Access, SQL

Essential: Experience on building a CoE model for the Organisation MIS
