Microsoft CRM Delivery Head

- Candidate will head delivery team of 20+ resources.

Key Responsibility Areas :

1. P&L head of CRM Business

2. Define strategy to achieve business and meet revenue targets

3. Enhance delivery processes and ensure customer satisfaction

4. Manage project deliveries and execute projects in time and under budget

5. Manage team structure and reporting structure for effective project delivery

6. Guide and mentor the team in process mapping, designing and solution architecture

7. Create marketing collateral - Project case studies and product demos

8. Lead the pre-sales engagements and participate in diagnostic studies

Skills and Experience Needed :

1. Strong academic background. Candidate would be a management Graduate and / or computer science graduate from an institute of repute

2. Overall work experience of at least 10 + years with relevant exposure of 5 + years on Microsoft dynamics CRM

3. Must have executed multiple CRM projects covering one or more areas - sales force automation, customer service (contact centre environment), marketing, field service, project service

4. Candidate should have sound knowledge of Microsoft dynamics CRM.

5. Strong written and oral communication with proven track record of interactions at CXO level

6. Experience of conducting workshops - strategy, business consulting, process innovation or best practices

7. Experience of handling large and small CRM implementation projects

8. Microsoft certifications on CRM
