Head - Mergers & Acquisitions - Pharma

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate Merger & Acquisition opportunities by analyzing potential synergies, complementary strengths & fit with the organisation

2. Build detailed financial models and make senior management presentations to gauge the valuation scenarios and risks of the investment

3. Conduct Due-Diligence, Analyse Finance Statements, Negotiating & Structuring transaction and presenting to top management

4. Identify integration objectives, set up timelines and track progress

5. Secondary and primary research of domestic and global pharma market

6. Analysing key industry trends and competition strategy and mapping for senior management

7. Execute post-merger integration projects, including governance, detailed planning and implementation

8. Support Business Finance team

9. Support senior leadership on ad-hoc business projects

Requisites: CA/ CFA/ MBA Finance with 5+years experience in M&A in Pharma Sector.
