We are currently hiring for one of our clients a Leading MNC Insurance Broker in India.
Our client is in the midst of expanding their business and are hiring candidates for the Senior Management level.
Position: Head- M&A
Location: Mumbai
Overview of the role:
Lead and set up the M&A vertical for Domestic and International Market
End to end origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions / Private Equity
Business development by actively meeting promoters of emerging business and Corporate Houses
Lead, direct and execute M&A transactions covering all aspects including finding opportunities, designing products, valuation, negotiations, due diligence, execution, documentation, etc
Candidates should have strong experience in Origination/ Business Development in M&A, Private Equity market.
CTC is not a constraint.
