Head - Merchant Services & Card Business - BFS

Our client is a leading financial institution offering exciting opportunities at AVP and VP level into Merchant Services and Cards Businesses

Some of the key responsibilities will include -

- Managing large operations teams of more than 100+

- Hands on experience in vast operational areas such as: acquiring, issuing, charge back, fraud and non-fraud transactions and onboarding

- Managing contact center operations: front office and back office team

- Managing billing disputes from merchants for fraud and non-fraud transactions

- Supporting account clarification processes

- Maintaining performance management, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction as per SLA

- Global stakeholder management

- Internal stakeholder management and operations

- Experience in transformation and automation

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Relevant experience should be more than 8 to 18 years

- Must have managed large teams

- Recent experience working in global environment of more than 8 years

- Hands on experience in merchant services and cards business.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Strong people leader and able to lead multicultural teams.
