Preference: Should have a strong experience in sourcing and merchandising experience in footwear category. Job Description / Responsibility: 1. Direct, coordinate, control and supervise all areas of merchandising of Footwear, Apparel and Accessories and distribution of merchandising to all channels i.e. Retail, Wholesale &amp; Institutional sales. 2. Preparation of seasonal estimates of sale pairs, turnover, margins and stock quality as per product category and channel. 3. Review and Coordinate with vendors, Suppliers &amp; Merchandiser for necessary new developments and timely production. 4. Initiate and control seasonal promotions, markdowns and other seasonal promotions with price revisions including advertising. 5. Budgeting and controlling of total company stock as per channel and product category 6. Prepare an integrated retail merchandising plan for the sales channel detailing by category and sub-category in a fashion that enhances the Gross Margin Return on Investment and ensures company's profitability. 7. Communicate with field force Review Sales performance, Stock Inventory Report (SIR) and take action as per analysis. 8. Generate Daily/Monthly/Half-yearly/yearly reports on market progress, credit realization, and individual customer performance. Educational Requirements: - B.Sc. in Leather Engineering/ Footwear Technology/ Graduate/ M.B.A/ Masters completed from any reputed public or private university with major in Marketing. - Educational requirement can be flexible for highly experienced candidate. Experience Requirements: - 12 Years and above - The applicants should have experience in the following area(s) - Merchandising, Production, Sample developments. Additional Job Requirements: - Age 35 to 45 year(s) - Minimum 12 Years Practical Experience in reputed Footwear Industry.
