Head - MEP - Hospital

Education and Experience: Btech/ BE with 15+ years of experience in Hospitals/ Hotels

Role:

- Design and oversee the construction of MEP systems for new buildings or renovations, including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical

- Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and cost estimates

- Prepare contract documents and specifications

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations

- Should be able to independently handle a team of 25-30 Sr. Engineers/Jr. Engineers/ Draftsmen.

- Ability to build a team & groom subordinates.
