- Manage entire operation for MI process.

- Assign, track and manage the medical writing and global medical information projects in terms of quality, time, compliance (to the organization and the client) and revenue

- Project Management

- Resource management

- Development and review of Clinical Study

- Analyzing gaps and solutions

- Training need analysis.

- Team motivation, mentoring, and grooming the study team/reportees to ensure effective service delivery across projects and achieve targets and goals set across projects

- Providing suggestions for process improvements and implementing lean methods resulting in savings in time, cost, and quality
