Head - Media Production

Production Head with a Funded startup

- You would be leading a team of over 40 experienced and dynamic anchors and camera team who create and host content including promos, YouTube videos and detailed courses, across categories and across languages

- You would help select the best quality of mentors and courses based on multiple factors including, mentor feedback, audience needs, sales inputs

- Based on course performance and audience understanding, you would keep building multiple levels of courses across connected topics

- You would manage the day to day production including shoot allocation across anchors, approving travels, mentor agreements, working closely with the team on each element of course shoot and production

- You would bring in best practices in scripting, anchoring and production to improve the quality of the courses and videos shot

- You would be working with the Leadership team to keep think through Content Strategy and to keep improving the quality

What are we looking for:

- A dynamic leader who can lead a high-performance team across both content strategy and video execution

- Prior production experience in creating and managing entire shows/channels/set of anchors and camera crew

- Fluency in at least 2 of the languages ((English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telegu and Malayalam)

- Ability to help the team with research and creative aspects of course and YouTube video design

- Good understanding and appreciation of Content and Marketing
