Head of Media, Digital and CRM - FMCG Company
- Responsible for interacting with internal and external resources; leading, managing and tracking TV planning and buying and digital marketing strategy and budget for various categories. Recommend and supervise all digital initiatives in terms of content and media, align internally, launch and manage the brands engagement through community.
- Assure brand websites and online initiative's strategic direction, consistency, legal compliance and optimization. Design, structure, launch and monitor CRM program. Manage digital and CRM analytics to provide insights for budget optimization and decision making. Elevate digital capacities and improve digital excellence.
- Supervise functioning of media, digital and CRM managers
- 10 years + post. MBA. Experience in media, digital management and CRM
- Experience in product management would be added benefit
- Functional knowledge or experience with digital analytics platforms
- Experience in FMCG/reputed MNC organizations/top agencies
- MBA with advanced knowledge in e-Commerce is strongly preferred
- Experience on SFDC platform in earlier roles also critical
